This product, an indispensable device in the electrolysis shop of a aluminum smelter, is used to group the green anode blocks from the anode block warehouse and separate the baked anode blocks from the anode baking furnace. The Product is an important device to ensure the continuous, safe electrolysis production. This device can be automatically controlled by the computer, or be controlled singly with a control panel. It has such features as the stable operation and the safe and reliable working, and can operate in the dusty environment with high magnetic field and high temperature for a long period.

It groups the green anode blocks from the anode block warehouse. It arrange two rows of anode block (2X6 blocks/group) vertically for the specialized multifunctional baking clamp to clamp them.It separates the baked anode blocks from the anode baking furnace, cleans their surface, checks if the baked blocks are acceptable and finally conveys them into the anode block warehouse. Besides, it recycles the filler coke which dropped in the cleaning process.

The PLC automatic control is adopted for the unit. Each moving component of the unit is controlled through the photoelectric switch or the proximity switch so that the unit can stop at any required place precisely. Since the unit is controlled through the PLC, each mechanism of the unit is both independent of each other and coordinated with each other, thus ensuring that each mechanism operates smoothly, safely and reliably. Meanwhile, the unit is connected to the central control room of the whole anode block baking shop through the network, so the production in the whole shop can be coordinated.
