We have the only ICCD camera production chain in China, on which batch of high reliable products can be manufactured. After continual exploration and deep research, we can independently develop and produce large array ICCD camera, and have evaluating system that can test all kinds of technical specification and performance parameter of ICCD camera.
The system complete the production, intensification, transform, transmission, saving and processing of optical image information under night or low illuminance environment, in which optics-mechanism-electronics compositive high technologies are related. The system have gating capability up to 5ns, electronic gain up to 10000:1, coupling efficiency 50% to 60% and optic-fiber amplifying rate from 1:1 to 5:1. The system can complete real-time processing, displaying and transmission of imaging signal, and have features of high geometry precision, high sensitivity, high SNR, none mobile optic component, etc.
