The project is to build a math simulation platform that can describe the state of the river pollution in the city and the results of various management measures, and provide dynamic, scientific, measurable decision support and consulting service for the city water environment management. The system can analyze factors causing water environment pollution and its contribution rate; it can offer practical pollution control measures for water quality control objective, and also can estimate the results of taking control measures in the district of applying the system. It has dynamic simulation, water quality evaluation, forecast, public inquiry, decision support, real three-dimensional scene and other functions.
